OUR BALLAD - (STORY)

Have you ever met someone and knew immediately that your paths crossed for a reason? Our ballad began with a chance meeting on a cruise ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our co-founders, Nathan and Wayne, met in November of 2016, while traveling with their wives (Sarah and Emily) in the Bahamas. They were randomly assigned seats at a dinner, on the first night of the trip, and it was obvious that destiny had brought them together for a reason. Nathan and Wayne quickly found that they share the same passion for music, beards, sports, and just about everything else. The next few years were filled with adventures together that routinely involved beard pics, food, and music!

Beards & Riffs Trading Company was created from that shared passion for awesome beards, great music, and an overall zeal for living life to the fullest!

OUR HEARTSONG - (MISSION)

A heartsong is the voice inside of us; the driving force that defines who we truly are.

At Beards & Riffs, we feel that living life, in a community, is far more enriching than living life alone. Stevie Wonder said that “Music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand.” We believe the power of a majestic beard, or the riff of your favorite song, has the ability to unite us in ways that are truly magical.

To that end, we are striving to connect beardsmen and music enthusiasts, across the globe, by providing high quality merchandise, products and support to help them feel their best, to look their best, and to be their best.


OUR BASS LINE - (VALUES)

A bass line is the solid foundation that the melody wanders freely on top of. It is the predictable rhythm that provides structure for all the other components within a song.
